Anwar: I'm not the man in the sex video

PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim has categorically denied that he is the person in the sex video that was exposed this morning.

He described the allegation as new round of defamation attacking him and his family, which was coordinated by the "highest authority".

"The initial screening (of the video) for selected media was coordinated at the highest authority and it can only happen in the national political system with the direct support of the ruling authority and it also involves security forces and special branch, with the help of advanced devices."
The senior editors of mainstream media were also part of this "desperate act", said the PKR de facto leader.

Anwar said he was at home with his staff, wife Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, children and grandchildren at the time the video was allegedly recorded.
