Police are now in the process of recording statements from former Malacca chief minister Rahim Thamby Chik and businessman Shazryl Eskay Abdullah over the sex-video affair.

Eskay when contacted by Malaysiakini confirmed slightly after 5pm that he was in Bukit Aman, with Rahim.
The duo are scheduled to give a press conference after meeting with the police.
