Cops:"Illegal" Bersih does not meet criteria for permit

The police want Bersih 2.0 to apply for a permit for its rally on Saturday, but admit that the movement does not qualify for one.
Deputy inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar held a press conference today to advise Bersih 2.0 to apply for the permit.
