Rural and Regional Development Minister Mohd Shafie Apdal said there is significant focus on rural and regional development in Budget 2012 through allocations for initiatives like the Rural Transformation Programme.
It's also an inclusive budget he says because there are no 'mega' projects that has been given allocation.
