Burma's latest prisoner amnesty saw over 200 political prisoners released from Jail. Although the move was initially welcomed, hundreds of high profile political prisoners remain in jail and the government refuses to acknowledge the jailed activists, journalists, monks and lawyers as imprisoned for political reasons.
