Businessman Shamsubahrin Ismail has handed over a transcript of SMS communications and a phone containing the messages to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Comission (MACC), purported to show that 'a key figure in the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC)' had attempted to bribe the police.
