Ops Scorpene campaign dinner

This dinner aim to raise funds in order to pursue the ongoing litigation stages in the French Courts with regards to the judicial investigation into the French company DCNS whom allegedly paid an amount in commissions to Perimekar, for the purchase of the Scorpene submarines.
In December 2009, SUARAM linked up with leading human rights lawyers in France, to file a complaint with the French judicial system, hoping that preliminary investigation would be initiated. SUARAM has been monitoring the scandal building not just surrounding the mysterious and horrendous death of Altantuya Shariibu, but her role and involvement in the procurement of arms for the Malaysian government, leading to her gruesome murder.
