Khalid: Talam White Paper for 2013 Budget

July 3, 2012, Shah Alam: Responding to MCA's criticism on the rescue of developer Talam Corporation by the Selangor State government, Selangor Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim says that the white on the Talam will be presented at the state's 2013 budget.
He chided MCA for not understanding the so-called rescue package for the troubled property developer and suggested that they (MCA) should take lessons from DAP.
