There is sufficient evidence to reopen the investigation into private investigator P Balasubramaniam's second statutory declaration, says former IGP Musa Hassan.
Musa believes the claim by lawyer Americk Sidhu that Cecil Abraham was responsible for Bala's second SD is enough evidence to re-open the case.
