DAP calls for constitution ammendement as Pakatan stays mum

As Pakatan Rakyat delays delivering its official stand on a controversial conversion bill, DAP chairman Karpal Singh is calling on the government to amend the federal constitution so both parents' consent is required before a child is converted into Islam.
