Surat: School girl on way to home after I-Day fete dies in accident - Tv9 Gujarati

Surat: In a freak accident reported near National Dairy in the city, a class III girl met a tragic end after a tempo crashed her. The incident took place when she along with her brother and two class-mates was returning home after Independence Day celebrations in the school. Following severe injuries, girl's brother was taken to the hospital. Tempo driver fled the spot but surrendered later. The authorities have announced solatium of Rs.1 lakh to the victim's parents.
