Malaysia's inspector general of police says a suspect in the death in custody case of N Dhamendran needed to have come forward himself regardless of family members or lawyers contacting the force about his innoncence while he was 'missing'. The IGP assures, however, that Hare Krishnan's name will be cleared if he's proven innocent.
