Lawyer questions prohibition of rallies near mosques after trio charged

Lawyer Yusmadi Yusoff is questioning Section 4(2)(b) of the Peaceful Assembly Act, which prohibits gatherings near places of worship, after Bukit Katil MP and PKR Youth Chief Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin and two others were charged for participating in Blackout 505 rally near a mosque.
