Kuala Lumpur Mayor Ahmad Phesal Talib today disclosed that plans to revive the Plaza Rakyat project have hit a roadblock.
He says they are still waiting for abitrators to make a decision, regarding demands by the consortium of lender banks who now administrate the bankrupt Plaza Rakyat Sdn Bhd.
