Selangor state assembly speaker Hannah Yeoh slammed a Umno assemblyman for submitting an ill-prepared motion on hudud and then withdrawing it without a reason.
Although she accepted the decision of Sungai Air Tawar assemblyperson Kamarol Zaki Abdul Malik to drop the motion, Yeoh said such a fickle move reflects poorly on the character of the assemblyman.
