Two Perak lawmakers today fumed over the lack of visible development in Perak despite billions being allocated for the state in the 10th Malaysia Plan, including long-delayed projects and other multi-million projects that are not even used.
According to Batu Gajah MP V Sivakumar 122,000 families live in poverty in Perak , which is 12.9 percent of the nationwide amount.
