Learn how to make Palak Chi Bhaji / Palak Sabzi from our chef Archana. Palak Chi Bhaji is a very easy and simple Indian recipe with a combination of chopped Palak (Spinach) and Onions tossed in masalas. This is a very healthy recipe for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 Spinach (Palak) bunch, washed & chopped 3 Onions, chopped 10-12 Garlic cloves 1 Green Chilli 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil. - Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder & chopped onions. Mix everything well. - Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft. - Then add chopped spinach and salt. Mix everything well. - Again cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 2 minutes. - Serve the hot Palak Sabzi with Bhakri or Roti.
