American comedian Bill Cosby has lost his latest legal bid to fend of allegations of sexually abusing at fifteen-year-old in 1974.
That clears the way for the case brought by the woman, now in her fifties, to proceed. Cosby is expected to make a sworn testimony, or deposition, in the next thirty days.
