Madrid, Jul 21 (EFE), (Camera: Pedro Pablo Pérez and Enrique del Viso).- A huge crowd showed up at Madrid's divine and cavalier opera house, Teatro Real, to witness Sir Elton John's debut concert Monday.
With this concert, he concluded the European leg of his tour 'Sir Elton John and his band', during which he commemorated the 40th anniversary of the release of his best-selling album, "Goodbye yellow brick road" (1973), also the highlight of the evening.
"Thank you for this explosion!" he exclaimed as he bid farewell to the audience; leaving for a well-deserved holiday, which was postponed for his first performance at El Real theater, known for opera shows, which from now onwards will also be known for rock shows.
