As a band, La Corneille is adept at creating theatrical music with unpredictable dynamics. At one moment their songs sound tender, small and sweet, at another moment grave and solemn, the next they unfold with grandeur and bombast. La Corneille's music contains a volcanic quality, reminiscent of The Doors, CSNY or contemporaries like Villagers, Half Moon Run, Anthony and the Johnsons.. On stage, the three musicians form a powerful trinity. They have won all the band contests they ever participated in (Clash of the Titans, Utrecht Popprijs, Sena Performers PopNL Award), toured Norway and Germany, supported great artists like Angus Stone.
