Jazzmatiz was founded by guitarist Mesut A. Demir and saxophonist Boran Tanyeli in 2007. In the ensuing years, the group continued its efforts to grow with bass guitar, drums and keyboards.

They performed at many cocktails, hotels and concerts with their repertoire which is chosen from their jazz, blues and bossa song. Beside cover songs which they play Jazzmatiz style they also play their own songs at the concerts.
Now the band works for publishing their first record.
