Bhavnagar: As the gangraped victim is unwillingness to keep the child, custody of the boy is given to an NGO in Rajkot. Despite having parents, this boy has turned orphan. Notably, the Gujarat High Court had denied her permission to terminate pregnancy and later, Botad gangrape survivor gave birth to a healthy boy at Bhavnagar civil hospital.
