A man named Naresh (Ramesh Rao) is murdered and all the related evidences are tampered at the crime scene, which makes Manager Ajay Singh (Dharmendra) restless. He tries to find out but without evidence, it becomes more difficult to trace the criminal. Police Inspector Rai (Sanjeev Kumar) takes up the case as Ajay informs the police about it. In this journey of finding the murderer of Naresh, Ajay meets a girl named Kiran (Asha Parekh), who becomes a turning point in his life. She is having some important evidence regarding this case but the case takes a mysterious turn.
