Jyoti's father is threatened by a goon who is demanding the money back taken by Jyoti's father. Deepak saves him by saying that he will pay the money instead. Deepak has to suddenly rush back home because of his father's death. Deepak comes to know through a letter that his father has committed suicide and also had another wife named Naina Devi. Deepak meets Naina Devi and her daughter and tells them about his father. Deepak comes to meet Jyoti and her father lies to Deepak that he has sold Jyoti.
