ACNEE is keeping PROFESSOR NOH in her quarters to create her new weapons, the CYCLOPS and the CORONA LENS. Professor Noh attempts to break free with the corona lens, but falls into a manhole and loses the lens. Noh directs his CHOCOBOT to deliver a message to Franklin. While doing errands, Ryan, Kory, and DYLAN discover a stray robot dog, Chocobot, and the message it is carrying.
