In an otherwise peaceful city, car accidents are arising frequently. Finding this odd, scientist FRANKLIN CHAR begins to look into these cars. One day, Franklin is kidnapped and taken away in a black van. Franklin's twin sons, RYAN and KORY, discover TOBOTS, cars that can transform into robots.
