Ahmedabad: In a move to popularise public toilets and discourage open defecation, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation had brought a novel idea of 'Rupee For A Pee'. Despite a month, AMC officials have not implemented the scheme. The residents allege lack of facilities in public toilets and raise questions on the scheme.
