BMW hit and run case : Vismay Shah likely to get punished , says Advocate Rajendra Shukla - Tv9

A sessions court at the Mirzapur court campus completed its year-long trial of Vismay Shah in connection with the Vastrapur hit-and-run incident, where two young men were killed in February 2013. After hearing the final arguments, additional sessions judge P M Patel reserved his verdict for 29th June, 2015. and according to Rajendra Shukla, founder of NGO Shree Yogkshem Foundation of Human Dignity, hit and run case accused Vismay Shah likely to get punished today.
The two youths, Shivam Dave (25) and Rahul Patel (21), had died in the crash. Vismay allegedly fled the scene and surrendered to police a couple of days later.
The case took a twist when two key witnesses - Lalit Gupta and Dinesh Chaudhary turned hostile and refused to identify Vismay.
