Chief Guest was Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro (Education Minister Government of Sindh) , Presided by Mr. Sarfaraz Rajar (Chairman SLA) and in discussion session Mr Naseer Mirza, Taj Joyo, Adal Soomro, Ayaz Gul, Akhtar Dargahi & Dr. Nawaz Ali Shouk had participated.
