The Chadian capital remains under tight control this Tuesday, a day after twin suicide bombings struck, killing 24 people and wounding dozens more. We ask whether Chad is paying the price for joining the fight against Boko Haram. Also, Rwanda's ruling party backs calls to change the constitution, which limits presidents to two terms in office. The move could allow President Paul Kagame to run for a third term. And in Zimbabwe it's out with the local currency and in with the American dollar.
