Rajkot: Disappointed by weak monsoon, farmers, who had lost hope of a good rainfall, are now happy with the torrential rain that lashed most parts of the district. On the other side, city residents had a tough time commuting to several places. Overflowing sewers and storm-water drains were a common sight.
