Open gutters may be dangerous for Mumbaikars - Tv9 Gujarati

Mumbai: Open gutters are accident-prone places. Senior citizens cannot cross the gutters, as they are wide open. Some open gutters have filled with domestic wastes and a few of them have been filled with debris. Since the sanitation staff is not cleaning up these gutters, water flow has been chocked up. The gutter stinks awfully which has left residents furious.
