How restaurants and other food producers make "fake" steak made with "Meat Glue".. Impressive ! In this video I try to shed some light on Transglutaminase aka meat glue. This stuff is used in a lot of "formed meats", but some eateries are actually passing off "formed steaks" as the real deal!
