TDP MLA lodges FIR against KCR

A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao, by Telugu Desam Party MLA Bonda Uma Maheshwar Rao for allegedly tapping phones of TDP MLAs and ministers. The FIR has been filed under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 464, 647, 471, 166, 120/b. The TDP claims that the Telangana Government did not take the necessary permission of the Centre before tapping phones of the Andhra Ministers.
