This is day one of training my one leg balancing of electric unicycle, I find that I don't have enough muscle to balance one leg for a long period of time.
The side of my leg also hurts a little for a pro-long single leg training but I think I am getting there.
Any expert out there can give me some advice? Greatly appreciated!
