For this show we go to Morocco, to the port city of Tangiers. Legendary as a destination for foreign writers and spies, it’s become a mecca for migrants from across Africa who are desperate get to Europe. Tangiers is just 40 kilometres from Spain, but many of the migrants never manage to make that last hop, and end up stranded in and around the sprawling city.
