Palace: Gov't committed to efforts vs media killings

MANILA, Philippines -- Iraq and Somalia remain the most dangerous countries for journalists. Third on the list is the Philippines for a fourth straight year. Malacañang insists there has been no let up in efforts to end the culture of impunity.
