Drunk drivers face harsher penalties

MANILA, Philippines -- Drivers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be fined as high as P500,000 and may face up to 20 years imprisonment after President Benigno Aquino III signed into law the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013.
