Jack Enrile: Dad's resignation frees up 'macho bloc'

MANILA, Philippines -- Cagayan Representative Jack Enrile says the resignation of his father, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, will give the so-called "macho bloc" in the chamber the freedom to decide who they will support when the 16th Congress opens.
