PH, Taiwan probers wrap up meetings on fisherman's slay

MANILA, Philippines -- Investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Taiwan have wrapped up their meetings on evidence they gathered in the fatal shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman by Philippine Coast Guard personnel.
