Bayon Patrollers in Barangay May, Cebu City sent these videos of a tornado at about 4:30pm on October 6, 2013.
The first video shot by Macky Malinao shows the twister as it formed out in the sea. Malinao said the twister was active for 4 to 7 minutes, died down, and was active again for about 6 to 7 minutes.
The same tornado was captured in the second video by Martmien Satur from another angle and sent by Bayan Patroller King Mungas.
