This recipe is really good for children who really don't like Broccoli. This is very fun way of introducing Broccoli into their meal.

Broccoli has been widely known to be a valuable source of carotenoids that have antioxidant properties capable of preventing & reducing risk of Cancer & Cardiovascular diseases. So it is even more good for elders as well.
