NBI: 2 Tau Gamma members in fatal hazing still at large

Another member of the Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) while, Bureau of Immigration confirmed a suspect in the hazing death of Guillo Cesar Servando left the Philippines. In other news, 3 girls involved in Initiation rites will be charged with the case.
