In a blatant case of VVIP racism, Samajwadi Party MLA Gazala Lari's son Manjal Lari was caught on camera threatening policement and bragging about his contacts when a local land owner approached him, along with the cops, regarding a land dispute case. In a bid to forcefully grab land owner Divya Awasthi's land near the Lucknow-Kanpur highway, Lari threatened the land owner and even warned about a cache of arms in his car. The video shows that the police did not take any action against Lari.
