Chandni stops Roshni when she sees her hiding a bag from her and asks Roshni what's inside the bag. Roshni is a little hasitant to answer her. Meanwhile Lalitadevi comes and both of them pressurize her to say what's inside the bag. When Roshni does not reply, Lalitadevi asks Chandni to snatch the bag from her hands. Chandni forcefully takes the bag from Roshni's hands and finds lots of money inside the bag. Palki takes Roshni's side saying it is her money; and describes the entire incidence that happened with her. She tries to convince Lalitadevi that Roshni is actual "Bahu" of this house and Chandni is a fake Bahu. Chandni sense fishy about everything. Chandni apologizes Lalitadevi for not telling her about the forgery.
