Arun meets Neha and they become good friends. Neha falls in love with him and even proposes Arun! He is surprised to hear this. But Arun says to his friend that he will tell everything about his relationship with Seema. Arun’s friend explains him not to do this mistake but use both of them. Mr Varun Oberoi is very happy as he sees changes in Neha. Seema is surprised when she comes to know that Neha and Arun became friends. Arun goes to meet Seema and end the relation… she agrees to leave him after one last time of physical intimacy. At the same moment, Neha just enters the room and sees her mother and her first love getting intimate. Neha could not tolerate it and commits suicide. After Nehas death, Seema went in to depression and Arun surrendered to the police.
