As Israel continued its attacks on Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of Gaza, dozens of fisherman marched today, calling on the international community and human rights organizations to intervene. Fishermen Coordinator, Zakaria Baker, said that over 55 Palestinian fisherman have been arrested by the Israeli Navy since January 2015, while tens have been injured and two killed in the past five months. All of these attacks represent violations of the truce signed between Palestine and israel in August, 2014. “How come the world is silent about these violations?” he asked. Meanwhile clashes between Ethiopian Jews and israeli police left around ten people injured, mainly protesters who are opposing racism and discrimination against African Jewish people. Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza for teleSUR.
