Nahaharap sa mga kasong administratibo at kriminal ang mga guwardiya ng Asian Hospital and Medical Center, at Ayala Alabang Village. Kaugnay ito ng aksidente umanong pagkakabaril ni Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla sa kanyang sarili noong Pebrero. Sinampahan din ng kasong administratibo sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ang tatlong doktor ng ospital.
