Tinutulan ng mga OFW ang pagpapatupad ng integrated passenger service charge (IPSC). Sa ilalim nito, isasama na sa airline ticket ang P550 na airport terminal fee. Giit ng OFWs, exempted na sila ganitong bayarin.
