Mararamdaman na ng mga empleyadong tatanggap ng kanilang bonus ngayong Hunyo ang epekto ng bagong tax exemption ceiling. Pinagdudahan naman ng labor group ang timing ng bagong batas. Nagbabala naman ang Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) na malaki ang magiging epekto nito sa makokolektang buwis.
